Thanks for shopping at The Moby Mart.  We hope you love what you bought. But in case you don't—this is our return policy.

Returns
You have 5 days to return any goods you’ve bought.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your item must also be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Which is actually in the app, so don’t worry!
f you want to return an item, simply place put it back in the small box to the right of the entrance of a Moby, wrapped, and with your phone-number written upon it.
Note: we do not accept any returns on fresh, frozen or refrigerated goods since we cannot guarantee the quality of those. The same goes for all freshly prepared items, such as freshly baked bread, smoothies.  

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If  your return is approved, we will credit your account at Moby Mart with the cost of the item.
